Job Title: Identity Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Identity Operations Engineer in a long-term contract position with a global technology leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address ambiguous or undefined problems; think abstractly
  • Perform requirements analysis, interface with stakeholders of various levels, and document solutions
  • Develop excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintain knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint identity secure cloud
  • Implement two-step verification and applications used for it
  • Understand the difference between authentication and authorization
  • Design Role-Based Access Control systems
  • Manage databases and data structures
  • Work as an energetic team player who can work across boundaries, adapt to change, and enjoy rapid development
  • Share knowledge and learn from others

Requirements:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.], HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Experience in designing Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Contribute to SOC/Sox internal and external audits
  • Work with Agile teams
