5. Global Policy Management: You will create global and region-specific control and communication policies for end-users.
6. Network Troubleshooting: You will possess advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols.
7. Certifications: Good-to-have certifications in web content filtering like CCSP, CEH, etc.
8. Project Experience: You should have good project experience, able to understand job requirements quickly, and equip to work on the project.

Daily operations involve incident, change, and problem ticket solving.
Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations including weekend/holidays may be required.
Coordinating with different vendors to solve ongoing issues is also essential.
A willingness to join critical and high-priority tickets during major/potential major incidents is necessary.
