
Executive - Compliance and Administrative Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee company policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage administrative operations.
- Policies and HR Operations:
- Draft, implement, and update HR and administrative policies.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with internal practices and external statutory requirements.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Monitor and ensure labor law compliance and readiness for audits.
- Maintain fire safety protocols – conduct regular fire extinguisher checks and drills.
- Coordinate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and contract renewals.
- Manage office assets, housekeeping, mail services, stationery, and utilities.
- Ensure smooth operation of daily office activities.
- Audit and Documentation:
- Maintain records and reports for internal audits and inspections.
- Prepare checklists and monthly reports.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Nice to Have:
- Exposure to ISO, audit standards, or OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and digital documentation tools.
