Job Title

A highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager is required to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving productivity, and improving processes.

  • Supervise and lead a group of Team Leads and associates to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relative to any and all functions in the Department
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Drive customer experience metrics to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet all key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinate activities of the department with the manager to include workflow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting, and special projects
  • Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients
  • Coordinate with other internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team
