Job Title: Credit Controller

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our finance department as a Credit Controller. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing credit control and credit management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit control and credit management processes to ensure timely debt collection.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding balances, conducting regular credit assessments as needed.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of debtors, including payment history and outstanding balances.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control and credit management, preferably in a financial industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
