Job Summary

As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee multiple programs ensuring consistent meeting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and identifying initiatives to improve key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight: Oversee the implementation of multiple programs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely, complete, and articulate communication.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams, addressing people-related issues, career planning direct reports, and guiding team leads in achieving realistic goals.
  • Initiative Development: Drive measurable improvements through proposing or identifying new initiatives, constantly monitoring progress and guiding the team towards success.
  • Change Management: Effectively manage various types of changes, including process updates, volume expansions, new implementations, and organizational shifts.
