We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Develop and implement program plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team, promoting best practices and industry trends.
  • Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program execution, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager or similar role in IT Services & Consulting, with a focus on technology-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience with program management tools such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
