Job Overview

We are a leading player in the FMCG industry, bringing a taste of Europe to Indian consumers through our range of Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces under the brand FunFoods. Our team is passionate about developing innovative products that cater to changing consumer preferences.

We are seeking a Marketing professional who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights and new product development.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the marketing roadmap by conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  2. Assisting in product development aligned with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Developing product concepts and working with agencies to bring them to life.
  4. Executing marketing plans and improving processes to drive business growth.
  5. Coordinating product launches, campaigns and managing budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  6. Managing relationships with suppliers and external partners to support business objectives.
You Bring
  • A Postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results.
  • 'Get the job done' mindset and out of the box thinking to stay ahead of the competition.
  • High initiative and ownership to take charge of projects and deliver results.
  • Creativity, passion, flexibility & persistence to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A love for food and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
