Job Overview:

As a seasoned Meeting Leader, you will spearhead the scheduling of qualified meetings with US-based prospects for our clients. Your strategic approach will drive conversion and appointment rates, ensuring seamless alignment between Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective meeting setting strategies to optimize lead qualification and conversion rates.
  • Lead a global team of meeting setters, providing guidance on outreach tactics, objection handling, and consistent messaging.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine scripts, outreach strategies, and data analysis methods tailored to the US market.
  • Train and mentor appointment setters, focusing on quality conversations, high team morale, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain accurate data records.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in meeting setting, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
  • Proven track record in sales outreach for digital marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional English language skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize team performance and lead quality.
  • Ability to work in US time zones or provide significant overlap for team and client coordination.
