Clinical Data Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Clinical Data Specialist to design and build clinical databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret study protocols and create database structures that meet project needs.
  • Develop and update edit specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data management teams, programmers, validation experts, vendors, statisticians, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Manage project financials from a programming perspective, focusing on effective resource allocation.

Essential Functions:

  • Design and update electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) to ensure accurate and consistent data capture.
  • Generate specifications for EDC build components, such as Rights and Roles, System Settings, and Home Page, to ensure robust system functionality.
  • Complete Study Authorization Form and Trial Capacity Request Form in InForm, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend critical meetings, including Pre-Design Meeting, Online Screen Review Meeting, Unblinded Data review meeting, and Internal Design Review Meeting, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Bachelor of Technology, with a strong foundation in data management principles.
