Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Experience: 3-5 years in Provident Fund operations is necessary.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to oversee end-to-end Provident Fund operations for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Provident Fund Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.
- Manage challan generation processes for Employee Provident Fund.
- Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions.
- Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
- Conduct quality control checks for Provident Fund operations.
- Prepare and file statutory reports.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Provident Fund Act and allied laws is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
