Chief People Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR Operations, administering employee benefits, managing the HR Information System (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintenance of accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Compliance with statutory regulations including Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation, and Labor Laws.
- Drafting of appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies.
- Performance monitoring and assistance in appraisals.
- Conducting training sessions for technical staff and soft skills development.
Administrative Support:
- Supervision of office operations, security, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Management of travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances.
- Provision of office supplies, IT support, and utilities.
- Coordination of documentation and filing of tenders, DPRs, and compliance records.
Employee Welfare:
- Ensuring a safe working environment at hospital project sites.
- Handling grievance redressal and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Organizing staff events, insurance programs, and welfare initiatives.
