Job Opening: HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire payroll process for our corporate, retail, and third-party contractual employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key business functions to drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits.
  • Process monthly payroll for:
  • Corporate employees
  • Retail employees
  • Third-party payroll employees
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely disbursements.
  • Validate salary inputs, including attendance, leaves of absence, new joiners, exits, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
  • Perform payroll reconciliation and ensure zero discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
  • Liaise with vendors and consultants to maintain up-to-date documentation and filings.
  • Conduct internal HR audits and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with regulations.
  • Create and update HR dashboards, payroll MIS, and compliance trackers.
  • Handle documentation for all employee categories, including employment agreements and compliance declarations.
  • Support HR automation initiatives and process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • MBA in HR / PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll processing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/ Google sheets.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
