Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based systems that meet the organization's evolving needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for cloud-based systems, including technical guides and operational procedures.
  • Providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure solutions, including deployment and management of resources.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
