Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling healthtech platform as a key member of the leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and execution, working closely with the leadership team to shape the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support & Execution:
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution across multiple projects.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, AI, and operations teams.
  • Project & Operations Management:
  • Manage day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues.
  • Coordinate between Swedish stakeholders and Indian teams.
  • Business & Growth Support:
  • Support client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting.
  • Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
  • Team & Culture:
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team communication.
  • Help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.
  • Tech/healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
