Customer Experience Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our candidates throughout their journey with our company. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues via email or chat, and documenting all interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Champion: Respond to candidate inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely follow-up communication.
  • Documentation Expert: Review candidate-provided documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
  • Candidate Educator: Guide candidates on documentation processes, provide clear explanations, and ensure understanding of requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance overall experience.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common questions and improve response times.
  • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of escalated issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language to suit different candidate needs.
  • Basic understanding of customer support principles and/or candidate management concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
