Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality support programs in assigned states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute Quality Support Programs in assigned states
  • Optimize school infrastructure and facilities including functional libraries, computer labs, science labs, and energized classrooms
  • Activate critical processes in schools such as sports events, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, teacher professional development, and other student-centred activities
  • Ensure smooth academic and co-scholastic operations including sports days, annual days, republic days, community volunteering, parent-teacher meetings, etc.
  • Develop Annual Operating Plans, submit monthly budget projections, and monitor day-to-day expenses of regions
  • Support recruitment of academic mentors/trainers in consultation with human resources
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with stakeholders including communities, parents, government bodies, and authorities

Requirements:

  • Masters in Social Work or Business Administration or Post Graduate in Rural Development
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in implementing education programs
