Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative automation and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on AWS or GCP.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
