The Operations Manager will contribute to creating short and long-term Business Unit strategies, develop client service propositions and execute agreed strategies.

Key responsibilities include building high-quality relationships with internal / external stakeholders, identifying stakeholder needs and developing solutions.

Operations Managers work closely with other teams to improve client satisfaction and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Achieving Results through Teamwork, Leadership, Visionary thinking and collaboration are essential skills for this role.

We require an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service across varied processes & stakeholders.

Candidates should have knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, including best practices implementation.

Able candidates will be responsible for conducting transitions / knowledge transfer activities and broad operations expertise encompassing coordinating with diverse logistical functions.
