Job Title:

Warehouse Operations Retail Manager


We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our Warehouse Operations Retail team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for managing retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce brand or platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations, with a strong focus on customer service and people skills. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce brand or platform
  • Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse operation
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs strongly
  • Coordinate between stores team and warehouse team for smooth operation
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with 3rd party operators for logistics and last mile delivery
  • Invoice & E-waybill management
  • Reconciliation of Transporter Billing & Invoices
  • Analyze store inward, outward, and find root cause of issues
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies, report any issues
  • Short inventory received at store and vice versa
  • Inventory closing of any inventory movement between stores & warehouses
  • Take follow-ups with stores, logistics, and other teams
  • Make MIS reports and circulate to respective departments
  • Manage core team of warehouse operations retail team
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

Requirements:

  1. Experience in handling at least 80 stores' warehouse day-to-day operations
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  3. Strong people management with cross-functional team and communication skills
  4. Knowledge of ERP/WMS (Vinculum) is an added advantage
  5. Excellent customer service and people skills

General Retail Know-How:

  • Tracking, understanding, and achieving KPIs
  • Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn TSS culture, gain product knowledge, and use it
