Product Engineering Manager Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Manager to lead the development of our next-generation B2B SaaS platform for enterprise catalog and order management. The ideal candidate will own the full engineering charter, including architecture, security, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of CommerceEdge using ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
  • Own the full engineering charter, including architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
  • Build strong technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features such as intelligent product mapping, search, and decision support.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 15 years of strong product engineering experience with a focus on ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.
  • Strong architectural skills with the ability to make decisions that balance long-term scale with short-term speed.
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and security best practices.
  • A learning mindset towards AI technologies, even if not deeply experienced yet.
  • High accountability, leadership maturity, and ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment.
