Dialer Performance Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced Dialer Performance Specialist to drive optimal campaign performance and agent productivity in our contact center operations.

This role involves real-time monitoring of inbound/outbound dialing campaigns, importing and managing dialer lists, adjusting dialing pace, and flagging agent behavior. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LiveVox dialer systems, workforce management, and data analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Real-time monitoring and analysis of dialing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Importing and managing dialer lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Adjusting dialing pace and flagging agent behavior to optimize performance.
  • Managing agent profiles, assignments, and contact list criteria for effective campaign execution.
  • Auditing dialer settings to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with operations leadership to develop strategies that balance business goals and agent well-being.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field in a voice contact center.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveVox or similar dialer systems, with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours or on-call when required.
