Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily briefings to ensure all pertinent information is well received by team members.
  2. Supervise team members to ensure tasks assigned are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards.
  3. Builddd relationships with guests.
  4. Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
  5. Perform administrative tasks related to cashier bar operation requirements.
  6. Maintain department communication logbook and updated notice board.
  7. Check the supply of equipment stock level and ensure there is no shortage of items impacting operations and guest satisfaction.
  8. Ensure outlet back-of-house cleanliness meets F&B sanitation and hygiene rules and regulations.
  9. Maintain complete knowledge of food beverage services contents preparation methods outlets and hotel services features.
  10. Ensure health safety and security procedures are in place in the outlet.
  11. Attend all briefings meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
  12. Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift.
  13. Develop conduct and maintain staff training programs for team members focusing on their development needs providing them with new skills to meet changing business needs.
  14. Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated operating standards and service quality.
  15. Implement control measures to ensure productivity labor costs and operating supply costs align with performance expectations.
  16. Respond professionally politely and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests.
  17. Responsible and accountable for outlet profitability and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder preferably certifications in Food Beverage.
  • Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel Word PowerPoint.
