Job Title: International Education Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of International Education Liaison. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for students during their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups with students and institutions.

• Verify and review application documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance with university requirements, maintaining meticulous records throughout the process.

• Assist students in completing application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.

• Coordinate with universities regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates, ensuring adherence to deadlines for applications and final submissions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of student cases, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the admissions process.

• Stay updated on university requirements and policy changes to provide expert guidance to students, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve any challenges that may arise.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, supplemented by 1-2 years of experience in student application processing.

• Strong understanding of international education systems and document requirements, excellent organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
