Senior Medical Science Liaison

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Manager, you will play a key role in advancing the understanding and application of our products in medical settings. This position requires a unique blend of scientific expertise, communication skills, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical experts to support strategic engagement and foster collaborations.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and experts aligned with medical priorities, ensuring timely and effective engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute customized plans to support country-specific medical strategies, driving business growth and expansion.
- Respond promptly and accurately to unsolicited medical inquiries, providing up-to-date scientific information to build trust and credibility.
- Support clinical trial execution and site education in collaboration with clinical operations teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) processes upon investigator request, streamlining the process for internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted scientific resource for internal field teams and cross-functional partners, providing expert guidance and support.
- Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and technical product complaints, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Proven experience in operations management and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical research and medical affairs processes, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent scientific communication skills, including medical writing and data interpretation, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms for stakeholder engagement, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Knowledge of disease management, drug development, and epidemiology, with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
- Ability to analyze and present clinical data effectively, with a focus on storytelling and impact.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a Medical Scientific Liaison or similar field-based medical role, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, such as MD, PhD, PharmD, preferred, but not required.
