Job Description

To excel as a Student Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with prospective students.

  • You will engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and messages to understand their academic objectives.
  • Provide detailed information about our programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
  • Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively within a team environment, and have a genuine passion for education. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
