Description:
  • We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Support customers through Voice and Chat channels.
  3. Have at least 6 months experience in International Voice Process.
  4. Candidate should have sales or customer support experience.
  5. Previous relevant experience in chat and voice is a plus.
  6. Ability to build rapport with the customer.
  7. Ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Only Graduates can apply.
  • 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working a week).
  • Two-way cab facility is provided based on transport boundary.
  • Candidates who are comfortable working from office can apply.
  • Need Immediate Joiners only.
  • No virtual Interview available.
  • Out of station candidates are not eligible.
  • Pursuing education candidates are not eligible.
