
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customers based on available help articles and company policies.
- Replicate customer issues and report necessary bugs, suggestions, or ideas.
- Offer exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable.
- Work closely with internal departments to provide required information and support to customers.
- Support technical queries related to domain, hosting, server, SSL, email, site lock, site backup, or other products owned by the end customer.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Upskill to enhance knowledge and offer support to customers.
- Sell relevant or next logical products to new customers based on their business needs and nature.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: Graduation in any discipline (prefer B.Tech or other tech/non-tech degree with computer course/certification/diploma).
- Freshers are eligible.
- Must possess knowledge of email clients and basic internet technology (websites, domains, hosting, browsers, security, etc.).
- Relevant experience in customer support through phone and good basic technical skills & sales techniques.
- Preferred pre-requisites:
- Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
- Analytical skills with customer-centric approach.
- Excellent proficiency in written English and neutral English accent.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
- Typing speed 40-45 words per minute + 80%+ accuracy.
