Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Perform thorough data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes to optimize data quality and efficiency.
  • Document data models, mappings, and migration procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Technical Configuration & Development:

  • Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures) to support data management and reporting requirements.
  • Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting needs to provide actionable data and insights.
  • Configure Workday modules according to design specifications to ensure a cohesive and efficient system.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source to provide real-time data and insights.
  • Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users to promote data literacy and empowerment.
  • Support data analysis needs throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration is required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting is essential.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms is highly valued.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools are necessary for success in this role.
