HR Analyst Intern

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding organizational abilities.

As an intern in this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with HR data and metrics, exposure to research-driven HR projects, and opportunities to plan and execute HR events and initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include managing HR datasets, supporting analytics by generating reports and identifying trends, conducting research on best practices and future-of-work trends, analyzing employee survey data, and coordinating HR programs and initiatives.

You will also have the opportunity to assist in planning and running employee engagement events, workshops, and learning sessions.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or visualization tools being a plus.

Additionally, you should be curious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Interest in both data-driven HR and employee engagement/event management is highly desirable.

As a member of our HR team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR analytics by generating reports and identifying trends

Requirements:
