Transaction Process Specialist

The procure to pay (P2P) space is a critical area within organizations where goods and services are acquired, invoiced, and paid for. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of P2P processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and quality resolution for inquiries related to supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Global P2P, Sourcing, Legal, and Compliance to resolve P2P inquiries.
  • Liaise with business owners and suppliers to resolve their P2P inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate working files and trackers for reporting purposes.
  • Perform day-to-day transaction processing in support of accounts payable, payments processing, and month-end close activities.
  • Analyze data and provide insights on activity to recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve timeliness and accuracy.
  • Plan and organize work to meet or exceed Service Level Agreement objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance and equivalent work experience (min. 5 years).
  • Experience supporting P2P processes and expense/sub-ledger accounting with reliance on metrics-based performance management tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand the customer journey and advocate for process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions to achieve resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify actionable insights and bring positive results.
  • Ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
