Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Economist to provide strategic, economic, and financial advisory services. Our Economics Department is committed to delivering innovative solutions that connect people, places, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop economic strategies for regional, urban, and industrial plans using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Lead or contribute to business cases, feasibility studies, and economic impact assessments
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance standards
  • Support business development activities, including project proposals
  • Attend and lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops as required (travel may be involved)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
  • Master's degree is a strong advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or project development roles
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering economic advisory within various sectors
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
