About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Operations Partner to join our leadership team and drive strategic execution at scale.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enabling organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with executive leaders to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Business Acumen & Leadership

  • Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration

  • Facilitate collaboration across business units to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Build trust and influence across senior leaders to foster a culture of innovation and growth.

Change Management & Digital Transformation

  • Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  • Implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.

Leadership Enablement & Communication

  • Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for board and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.

Experience & Abilities Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategic projects or P&L management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, and influence without authority.
  • Digital native with strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
