Senior Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in the design and development of our projects.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination with clients and HO team to ensure successful project execution
  • Taking instructions and comments from clients and sharing them with the design team
  • Preparation of architecture design and drawings
  • Plan and conduct modifications in working drawings
  • Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea
  • Coordination with structural, survey, MEP etc consultants, checking and doing necessary modifications in drawings
  • Attend field reviews, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews
  • Coordination of drawings as well as for instructions or changes for site


Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in architecture design and coordination
  • B. Arch qualification
  • Candidate should have design and coordination experience for multistoried IT/ITES office buildings including all services
  • Knowledge of Bengali language is preferable
  • Good communication and presentation skills are essential
