Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR Shared Services team in Gurgaon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading teams that offer a wide range of services across the employee lifecycle.

  • Lead and Oversee: All HR operational processes related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with regional compliances and organizational policies.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction to the team, driving reliable delivery and continuous improvement in a shared service environment.
  • Harmonize Processes: Harmonize HR processes across business units/geographies, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data protection legislation and experience managing data requests.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Influencing Leaders: Ability to influence leaders and build relationships across the organization.
  • Service Level KPIs: Maintain and monitor service level KPIs and SLAs for all processes.
