Job Description:

The Store Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless store opening and ongoing operations. This individual is responsible for coordinating and supporting the New Store Opening (NSO) process, from development through project completion.

They manage critical dates for NSO and onboarding activities, interact with all organizational levels, including employees and external vendors, and resolve issues related to fixtures, signage, equipment, and supplies.

Additionally, they support store operating processes and in-store execution, develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding store operational processes and procedures, and collaborate directly with stores and field management to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Support or manage other operations projects as assigned by the Director, Operation Services.
  • Work on store layouts and coordinate branding.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination.
  • Plan and tabulate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for stores.
