Location: Delhi, India

Experience: 12–15 years (with a strong focus on luxury residential and hospitality interiors)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the design, detailing, and execution of luxury residential and hospitality projects in and around Delhi. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in managing high-end interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

  • Develop and lead design concepts, mood boards, and space planning for luxury homes, boutique hotels, resorts, and premium hospitality spaces.
  • Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and innovative interior solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current trends in luxury interiors, materials, lighting, and finishes.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the interior design lifecycle — from initial client briefing, concept development, design documentation, vendor coordination, to on-site supervision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, design consistency, and budget adherence.

Team Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, 3D visualizers, and draftsmen.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of interior design intent.

Client & Vendor Interaction:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and present design solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for material selection, mock-ups, sample approvals, and procurement processes.

Technical Detailing:

  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications for custom furniture, lighting layouts, and specialty finishes.
  • Ensure quality control across design documentation and on-site execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • 12–15 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in luxury residences, boutique hotels, resorts, and high-end interiors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting design, and furniture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong sense of spatial design, proportion, and detailing.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience with reputed interior design studios, hospitality brands.
  • International project exposure or experience with global luxury design standards is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of green design principles, wellness, and sustainability in interiors is a bonus.
