Furniture Creative Specialist

Furniture creative specialists at our organization focus on developing innovative product lines in various categories, including dining, seating, and case goods. Their work requires a deep understanding of customer preferences and international trends.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to study customer behavior, analyze market trends, and create original design concepts that align with our manufacturing strengths. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research on customer preferences through sales data and international market trends
- Designing original products using CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or similar software, focusing on solid wood materials such as mango, oak, acacia, and teak
- Collaborating with production teams to refine joinery, finishes, ergonomics, and structural integrity of products
The role requires a strong background in furniture design, preferably in solid wood, along with expertise in CAD tools and knowledge of global furniture trends, ergonomics, finishing techniques, and joinery.
To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to translate abstract research into commercially viable designs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in furniture design, preferably in solid wood
- Strong skills in CAD tools and knowledge of global furniture trends, ergonomics, finishing techniques, and joinery
