We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to fill a key role in our support team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to internal stakeholders, resolving production system issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve complex problems, leveraging analytical skills to translate business requirements into specific systems designs.
  • Installation and Development: Install, develop and administer Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, collaborating with vendors to secure security patches and ensure system stability.
  • Reports Development: Develop webforms and reports using Oracle Hyperion tools, creating efficient and effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Vulnerability Remediation: Work with vendors to identify and address security vulnerabilities, ensuring the stability of our systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in application support, installation, development, and administration of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in webforms and reports development, metadata extraction, load, and updates, and building, maintaining, and enhancing Smartview ad-hoc reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Unix, Linux, Informatica, and/or OBIEE is a plus.
