Job Title: Backend Software Engineer

About the Position:

We are a leading health technology startup building a digital healthcare platform that powers hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices under one ecosystem.

The platform includes Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration — all aligned with national health standards.

As a backend software engineer, you will be part of the core team building scalable APIs and microservices that enable this end-to-end healthcare experience. This is a chance to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Build and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Ensure security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

  • Familiarity with Node.js / Python.
  • Ability to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
