Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify vendors for project needs with preference for ELV system OEMs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project/site requirements.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines.
  • Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
