Procurement Leader

The Procurement Leader will oversee and direct all procurement activities across the organization to support real estate and retail operations. This role demands expertise in vendor management, cost control, contract negotiations, and procurement planning specific to the retail or real estate sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives for real estate projects, retail products, and related categories.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Create procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Foster and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in real estate industry only.

This is a challenging role that requires a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in ERP procurement modules.
