We are seeking a skilled AS400/RPG developer to fulfill a critical role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex RPG programs for AS400 systems. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot database solutions using SQL and DDS.
  • Develop and maintain complex RPG programs for AS400 systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent understanding of Database, DDS, sub files, RPG III or later & RPGLE programming concepts as well as CL & OS/400 commands. They should have strong knowledge of SQLRPGLE and ILE Advanced concepts along with experience with complex SQL concepts, FTP, and automation.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in iSeries/AS400/RPG programming.
  • Strong knowledge of SQLRPGLE and ILE Advanced concepts.
  • Experience with complex SQL concepts, FTP, and automation.
  • Excellent understanding of Database, DDS, sub files, RPG III or later & RPGLE programming concepts.
  • Excellent understanding of CL & OS/400 commands.
