Strategic Leadership Role

This is a dynamic and challenging leadership position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in program management, strategic initiatives, and operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and plan company initiatives to maximize impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Develop and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap for initiative execution.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Execution and Delivery:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives efficiently.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to launch initiatives on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Cultivate relationships with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Communicate progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.
  • Sponsorship and Revenue Enablement:
  • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals.
  • Deliver high-quality results for sponsors and exceed their expectations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns to achieve team goals.
  • Establish clear objectives, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, preferably in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • A proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, governance, and AI.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
