Senior Quality Manager Position

This role involves overseeing daily quality assurance operations, developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- The Quality Assurance Director will manage quality audits, produce quality reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and train staff on quality procedures.
- Address customer concerns and work towards enhancing the overall product quality.
- Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, and quality control.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to conduct quality audits and produce quality reports.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership skills to lead QMS initiatives (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Experience in defect analysis, root cause resolution & process improvement.
- Supplier quality & customer complaint management experience.
- Background in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Ability to mentor and build a strong QA/QC team.
- Familiarity with SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in Quality Management within EMS/electronics.
