Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Manager to oversee and manage our organization's security infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems, data, and assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Manage and monitor security controls, including firewalls, access controls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and respond accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, threat analysis, and mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
