Senior Testing Program Manager Position Available

The role of the Senior Testing Program Manager involves leading and managing end-to-end testing strategies for various projects. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
This position ensures timely completion of projects by overseeing testing teams, defining test plans, and reviewing test cases to validate business requirements.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale testing programs, strong knowledge of banking operations, and excellent leadership skills.
- Graduate or postgraduate with 12+ years of experience in IT testing.
- Proven experience managing testing programs for core banking systems.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test strategy design, effort estimation, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies for various projects.
- Lead and manage testing teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Define and review test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Ensure effective defect management and root cause analysis within agreed timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in core banking testing projects.
- Hands-on experience in test strategy design, effort estimation, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing.
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects.
