We are seeking an accomplished Automation Test Lead to spearhead our testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
  • Execute automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation.
  • Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date.
  • Identify and report questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to product teams.
  • Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework.
  • Assist in identifying, selecting, and implementing tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process.
  • Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development.
  • Have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management.
  • Strong ability to debug test failures and trace to failing code.

The ideal candidate will have experience building automation frameworks for web-based software as well as on mobile platforms. They will also have a strong background in automation using object-oriented programming language and integrate automated testing into a Jenkins CI/CD framework.

  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pitch innovative ideas and test new approaches.
  • Extensive knowledge on implementation of coding standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and guidance of team members on solution creation, PoC, prototyping, problem solving, and consulting engagements.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.
