**Program Management Role:**

We seek a motivated Technical Program Manager Intern to assist in managing technical programs, drive project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

This role offers valuable experience in program management, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders, while working closely with engineers, product managers, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute complex technical programs from ideation to delivery ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders. Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
