About This Job

This role is for an experienced professional who can coordinate multiple research projects, represent scientists in project discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field, experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams, and good analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Represent scientists in project discussions, summarizing and documenting key findings.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different organizations, including faculty, engineering and management teams.
  • Interface with external organizations through reports, meetings and presentations.
  • Manage scope, timelines and quality of research output in projects.
  • Recommend tools, methods and processes to improve project tracking and execution.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (Master's degree is preferred).
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams.
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
